The breakfast was heaps good with fresh fruits and a variety of options, but the beds were a bit worn out. Chur for the lovely mountain view, though!

Indoor swimming pool, with jacuzzi included. The outdoor swimming pool is also quite good, with a large solarium, with towels and sun loungers included. I had a fairly good breakfast included (although not very sweet), but a lot of salty, and I included a cook for some freshly made things. The buffet dinner for 21€/per had a lot of variety and good quality. Aerobus in front.
Few amenities in the bathroom, as it only had gel and dispenser shampoo.

Fantastic hotel with good facilities; gym, indoor swimming pool, outdoor (heated), spa, etc; very good breakfast buffet and with a very kind attention of the staff. Totally recommendable.

Relaxing by the heated indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after our day's adventures, while the daily buffet breakfast provided a good start with an very nice selection.

breakfast was quite complete and quiet of the area, as well as well communicated that is, bus, taxi and airbus in the same door.

The breakfast buffet was very large and there was free parking in the parking garage under the hotel. I especially liked the Jacuzzi where you could relax after a long day.

It was just a solid selection for a transient stop in Funchal with a reasonable price. The pool area was great with ample sun loungers no matter the time of day. Try to get a room on a higher floor for a better view.

This Hotel offers great conditions for a really good price. The four of us (couple + 2 kids) stayed in a Studio bedroom. We were positively surprised with the size of the bedroom and conditions of the Hotel.

Modern hotel with huge pool. Very good starting point for tours by car across the island. Bus stop in front of the door with direct connection to the old town. Lots of small restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood, very friendly and very helpful staff.
Although the breakfast and evening buffets are very varied, their quality suffers from the "mass production" (e.g: Scrambled eggs are still half liquid, Bacon is only roasted at the edge, in the evening: pieces of squid are tough).

The friendly staff, the excellent breakfast, the convenient underground parking, the direct access to public transport, all fantastic!

Light, airy rooms and balcony. Calm, relaxed atmosphere.
Staff could have been a little friendlier - having seen the best and the worst types of service whilst in Madeira I felt staff could have interacted with guests better and been a little more welcoming.

I stayed in a spacious room with a sea view. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruits and made-to-order omelets. I enjoyed the entertainment at the poolside bar each evening. The hotel's location made it easy to access nearby shops and restaurants. I appreciated having the public transport stop right in front for convenient trips around the area.
Some rooms had issues with air conditioning causing discomfort due to humidity.

The staff was knowledgeable and competent, solved all problems we had.

TV, Room service good, except for one important exception, see next.
Breakfast quality could be better. We have booked a double bed and have received two single beds on wheels. one complaint remained unanswered - therefore leads to devaluation. Light conditions: The light from the WC shines into the sleeping area (unpleasant at night).
